I have this headcanon that Duke is like… the only person who can shit talk Damian to his face and everyone else is flabbergasted bc like- its damian, but Duke lives with the guy and actually has no chill, so Damian allows it because… Duke’s like… his closest brother because they live together.. like-

Damian: *scowling around at people at a very important social event* Dick: *trying to get him to smile* Duke: *flatly, snaps his fingers twice in Damian’s direction* Fix your face Critter Dick: *ready to hold Damian back if he attacks* Damian: *bats Duke’s hand away, but smooths out his expression and almost looks… normal* ~ Duke and Jason: *having a discussion* Damian: *walks in* D+J: *laugh* Damian: What am I missing? Duke: *without missing a beat* a few inches of height Jason: *agog* Damian: *rolls eyes* ~ Robin: I need to get to the top of that wall Signal: You do? Damn. Accidentally ate a sugar free pudding cup. Took IBS meds immediately but fear it may not be enough to prevent whatever is about to happen.

Anything with alcohol sugars, artificial sweeteners, and added "prebiotic" fiber should be in plain bright orange packaging with huge warnings. That shit is fucking diabolical.

#i had a burger earlier too #jesus christ i realize there is a demand for this shit but it should not be this easy to grab the wrong thing #mannitol should be banned outright #and whatever asshole decided that inulin should be in dairy free ice cream needs to be beaten with a bag of frozen rats #yes i know inulin is not a sugar alcohol but it is sneaky and called about a hundred different things with no consistency required #and it is a HORRIBLE ibs trigger #and again mannitol #the sugar alcohol so bad that they use it to fuck you up before some upper GI imaging and it makes a lot of patients throw up #like #i had 5 tiny little candies with mannitol in them and was a MESS for 24 hours #i will physically retaliate against anyone asking me to drink a large amount of it for medical purposes

My take here is that Viktor was so excited he found a guy so intelligent yet so cute and silly (“yes, you have to… crank it” moment) and he wanted to kiss him so bad, then made the “I’m taking this hot man to my bedroom… wait, this isn’t my bedroom” excuse because, of course, but when he saw Jayce looking that way to Mel he got so disappointed he found out he’s not entirely gay that he backed off doing any romantic advances towards him during the entire series.
